Here is what you will need.
juice of 1 naval orange
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 to 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 a clove of minced garlic
1/4 piece of ginger grated
If your orange is not sweet enough, you can add a few drops of stevia or a small amount of real maple syrup.
Whisk it all up
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 heaping cup of mini broccoli florets
1 heaping cup of halved grape tomato
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Mix everything in a large bowl then add the orange dressing. Enjoy!!!
