Making homemade popcicles is super fun and a great way to make cool refreshing healthy treats with your kids. These blueberry banana pops are my favorite and so simple to make. Here is the recipe. This usually makes about four popcicles with a little left over for tasting.
1 cup blueberries (can be fresh or frozen)
2 speckled bananas
1 to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk.
Blend everything then pour into your popcicle mold and let freeze. Be sure to use good popcicle molds too. The ones with the holes in the stick part are best from my experience.
