Let's get started. You will need the following.
Whole wheat tortillas
vegan hazelnut spread (please make your own. It's so easy and better for you and the orangutan's).
fresh fruit like strawberries and bananas
hemp seeds for protein
You will also need a non stick fry pan. If you do not have one, you can bake your tortilla's for a few minutes on 350 degree's in the oven. Just be careful not to burn them.
Preheat your fry pan on medium heat and place your tortilla in it. After a minute or two, flip it. Brush on a thin layer of maple syrup. After another minute, flip it again. The maple syrup helps the tortilla get a little crispy. When it's done, remove it from the heat.
Brush on a thin layer of chocolate hazelnut spread, add your fresh fruit and other toppings. Slice and enjoy.
