Banana Oat Breakfast Shake

This is a great way to get your oats in if you do not like oatmeal. Your bananas too if you do not like them. It's really easy to whip up too. You will need a blender for this and it's worth it if you do not have one. This is one serving and super filling.

You will also need: 
1 speckled banana (if you use a banana that is not speckled and still a little green, this will not work. You shouldn't be eating those anyway)
3/4 quick oats
1 to 1 1/2 cups of your favorite plant based milk depending on how thick you like it
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
you can add ice if you like, just use less milk
Blend away and enjoy.
