One of my favorite fruits is the blueberry. I love it in muffins, smoothies, oatmeal and now quinoa. Just cook up some quinoa and make sure you rinse it first. When it's done, just add some blueberries and your favorite sweetener. I used a little stevia. Oh yea, I also used frozen wild blueberries. Turns your quinoa or oatmeal a beatiful blueberry color.
