YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!!!!

You are what you eat. That statement has never been so true. I cringe every time I see someone chugging a can of pop or soda or as I like to call it, cancer in a can. Or one of those litte rainbowed colored jugs of sugar. Yuck pooey yuck. Parents let their kids drink it like it's water. Then there is all of the processed crap people eat. Even cereal unless you make yourself or buy a good organic one is crap. Why does cereal need the same ingredient as a tire. That would be BHT. #JamieOliver makes a really good homemade cereal called #GranolaDust. I've made it several times and I really love it. I'm going to try and change it up soon and I will let you know how it goes.

Lunch meat, cold cuts, whatever you want to call them they are disgusting and I feel like a fool for ever eating them. Here is a small sample of info about what's in lunch meat by the SupermarketGuru. Sodium Nitrite helps prevent the growth of Clostridium botulinum, which can cause botulism in humans and is also used alone or in conjunction with sodium nitrate as a color fixative in cured meat and poultry products (bologna, hot dogs, bacon). During the cooking process, nitrites combine with amines naturally present in meat to form carcinogenic N-nitroso compounds. It is also suspected that nitrites can combine with amines in the human stomach to form N-nitroso compounds. These compounds are known carcinogens and have been associated with cancer of the oral cavity, urinary bladder, esophagus, stomach and brain.
There are tons of other things wrong these lunch meats. Just google it and do some research.

It has been said that if you can't pronounce an ingredient on the ingredient list, it's probably not good for you. Read your lables people.

Ketchup!!! I don't even know how producer's of "ketchup" get away with calling it ketchup when it's made up of mostly corn syrup. High fructose or just corn syrup, it's all the same thing, sugar. Look at the ingredient list for ketchup. It probably says, High fructose corn syrup, tomato puree, corn syrup. Ingredients are listed from what is in it the most to least. So, this means there is more corn syrup than tomato in ketchup. Buy organic and you can taste the difference. Since it has more tomato than anything, like it should, it is much more tangy like it should be. And you are not putting so much sugar in your body.

The bottom line is, if you eat things that have been known to cause cancer and other diseases, why do you continue to eat them. Please stop and save yourself. Real food has been known to cure cancer. Read the story of #ChristinaPirello or #BillyBest. Real food saved them.

I tell people all of the time that I would rather pay for real, organic food and be healthy than pay to see a doctor.
