I have been on a mission for quite some time for creating black bean burger. The problem is they are always to soft. I'm getting there though. Another proplem is my daughter has to like them too. That's the hardest part of all. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. So far my basic recipe is mushrooms, black beans, onion, one flax egg, braggs amino, and some bread crumbs. Don't ask for measurements please. Just kind of threw everthing together. And that was my dinner tonight.
